GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

Requirements:

• Male or Female, with age 25 -35 years uld.
• Min. Business Administration/Management/Marketing D3 from Reputable University.
• Min. 1 year of professional General Administration with a social media and marketing, communications background.
• Strong language and communication skills, including understand social media communication.
• Self-starter with ability to monitor, organize, and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient knowledge of graphic software including the components of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Social Media touls.
• Ability to provide an opinion and explanation, receive critique, coordinate messaging, and create design balancing multiple dynamics.
• An openness and willingness to learn and share.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand to do the stock and analysis social media .
• Coordinate, create, and place content for the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Thread, TikTok, Pinterest, Tokopedia, Shopee and Youtube as part of an internal marketing team.
• Willing to be a talent for Instagram, TikTok, Tokopedia, Shoppe and any kind of company social media things.
• Work with the Marketing and Sales teams about content development, topics, and opportunities.
• Manage keywords and search engine optimization (SEO), track statistics and analytics.
• Manage online social media messaging and conversations.
• Stay knowledgeable about stationery developments and trends.
• Provide Marketing Department support as needed.
• Monitor, capture and share interactivity regularly.
• Plan and schedule social media content for long and short-term objectives.
• Help develop visual content for images, pins, video and messaging.
• Research and recommend trends, social channels and influencers.
